Japan Praying Dog - 日本は犬を祈る- Conan

Can you imagine that animal is capable of prayer? Probably not, but one chihuahua in Okinawa is capable of joining his front paws together is a prayer-like position.The dog shown is Conan, a eighteen month old long haired chihuahua that hangs out at the Shuri Kannon-do Temple in Naha City. According to the news report, it only took a priest at the temple two days to teach little Conan how to pray.

Conan the praying dog folds his paws in prayer alongside a Buddhist priest at Shuri-kannondo temple in Naha city, Okinawa province, Japan.
 The eighteen month old long haired chihuahua stands up in prayer when the temple priest performs his sutras.Apparently, Conan also prays before going out for walks, or before feeding time.

Green Building - ACROS Fukuoka アクロス福岡

Have you heard about the Hanging Hanging Garden of Babylon ?And if you haven’t then I suggest to check out this ancient wonders of the world will help. While building a structure like that might have been an extraordinary architectural achievement in those times, it probably is a lot less difficult today. With the world’s leading architects planning the future agriculture on spectacular green skyscrapers, hanging fields might soon be a common sight . Here is another example of making sure that green goodness spreads and how it can spread not just horizontally but also vertically!

ACROS Fukuoka (Asian Crossroads over the Sea) is an amazing building in Fukuoka City, Japan. It got our attention because it preserves the green space as much as possible, thanks to its stunning design. On one side it has glass walls and looks just like a conventional office building that looks onto the most important financial street of Fukuoka, while the other side is an enormous green roof (a garden roof) with some 35,000 plants that step down floor-by-floor, in a stratification of low, landscaped terraces into a park.

Reaching up to 60 meters above the ground, the green roof is responsible to keeping the whole building at lower and constant temperature levels, which will obviously lead to less power consumption. Argentinean architects Emilio Ambasz & Associates are those with the vision, the looks and actually the whole idea. The structure offers a great place to relax and gives you an unparallel view of the bay area.

Less + More

Fear less, hope more:
Eat less, chew more;
Whine less, breathe more;
Talk less, say more;
Love more, and all good things will be yours.

Call of Duty: Black Ops

Having a XBox360 as a gift a while ago. Never really play it but my children enjoy so much until we decided to "keep" it while they are having school examination. Now, year end school holiday is just around the corner , perhads it's time for the console to live again.

"Call of Duty Black OPS" seems to be the latest hit because it racked up day-one sales of $360 million at North American and UK retailers.

The game set in the middle of the Cold War, Black Ops depicts a number of Cold War-era covert operations in countries like Russia, Vietnam, and Cuba. After the lunched, suprisingly as expressed in the state-run website Cubadebate, the Cuban government has taken major umbrage with the game, particularly its first level. They are not as thrilled as the gamer with the game. Anyhow,the game represents new territory for the series, which has previously focused on more familiar World War II and modern-day settings.

Call of Duty: Black Ops is  not only available for the Xbox 360, but also PlayStation 3, Wii, DS, and PC. I will try it out with my kids soon. Enjoy the game!

The Green Emma Watson

Emma Watson  who is a British actress who rose to prominence playing Hermione Granger, one of three starring roles in the Harry Potter film series.

In 2010, Emma collaborated with People Tree, the sustainable and Fair Trade fashion brand, to produce their Spring/Summer collection.

Acting as a creative advisor, Emma worked closely with People Tree’s in-house design team to create a capsule lifestyle collection for the 16-24 age group.

80% of the collection uses 100% organic and Fair-trade certified cotton and it is also made entirely by Fair Trade groups, using hand weaving, hand knitting, and hand embroidery, to create livelihoods for some of the most disadvantaged people in Bangladesh, India and Nepal.

Clean and easy to wear the collection boasts knitwear, cotton t-shirts, jersey dresses, and poplin skirts and shorts, with some pieces featuring artwork created by Emma.

Emma utilized her love of fashion, great personal style and young perspective to help develop a range that brings Fair Trade and organic fashion to a new audience. Inspired by the South of France, London, and country festivals it is the complete teenage summer wardrobe.

All royalties made from the collection will be donated to the People Tree Foundation, an independent charity working alongside People Tree the Fair Trade company. The aim of the foundation is to bring the benefits of Fair Trade to an even greater number of farmers and artisans through scaling up training, technical support and environmental initiatives, and through raising awareness and campaigning for fair and sustainable fashion.

We can witness varieties of Emma not matter in acting or image changing.She is not only a beautiful young lady with a big heart and also a great role model for many young people.

The Hidden Emotions - 隠された感情

The tension and pain in our body are largely caused by how we move (or don't move enough) throughout the day. Deb Shapiro, author of Your Body Speaks Your Mind (Sounds True, May 2006), says that understanding how parts of the body connect to certain emotions can help us get in touch with neglected areas of our subconscious.

Neck
The neck is a two-way communicator: You take in life-sustaining food, water, and air through the neck, and at the same time, emotions, feelings, and thoughts are expressed outwardly through your voice. Stiffness here can indicate resistance, usually to other ways of thinking.

Shoulders
This is where you carry the weight of your responsibilities, whether it's work, family, or mortgage payments. Creative energy flows from here, moving into your arms and hands, where it emerges in what you do in the world. Tense shoulders can also indicate resistance, perhaps to the responsibilities you feel you must maintain, or pressure that's put on you to perform.
Upper back
This area, the reverse side from the heart, is where you can store repressed anger, resentment, guilt, or shame.

Mid back
Your core allows you to bend and move, representing your ability to be psychologically and emotionally flexible. Stiffness in the mid back can reflect an inner stiffness, holding on to a fear, or inability to go with the flow.

Low back
This part of the body supports your weight from above, and it's related to your notions of survival, security, and self-support. If you're feeling insecure -- or as though you're unable to meet other people's expectations -- that pressure can manifest in the low back.

Butt
Although seemingly soft, the glutes are often the most tense and clenched muscles in the body. This area has to do with elimination and release, so control and power issues are often held here.

Hamstrings
These muscles are connected to the knees -- which we use to bow down to a higher being -- and so tight hamstrings can often mean that a deeper level of surrender is needed. The thighs and hamstrings also hold on to past conflicts, such as traumatic childhood memories, anger, or resentment. This area is also closely associated with sexuality and intimacy.

Unbelievable Giant Crater In Germany !

Residents in the German town of Schmalkalden probably had the shock of their lives when they opened their bedroom curtains this morning.Because this quiet, central German town got a huge early morning surprise Monday when a crater nearly 100 feet across and 70 feet deep opened up in the middle of a residential area, according to several news reports. Luckily,none of the town's citizens were injured.

Experts are pointing to natural causes for the hole, but they have yet to determine the exact cause. This scene was so similar with the movie "2012", is the end of the world coming soon?

This enormous crater-like hole had appeared in the town overnight, splitting the road in two and taking with it a car.Another car dangled precariously over the edge and a row of garages looked in danger of collapsing in the usually quiet residential district.
